  I've lived here for like 10 years. People are really nice in here. They keep to themselves and dont bother anyone. There has never been any conflict in here with anyone as far as I know I've never seen it. The manager is a very nice woman she remind you of things that need to be done every season in case you forget which I just love because I'm very forgetful LOL and you don't hear a peep out of her unless there's a reason. You don't have to pay for water or sewage pick up. The only things that sucks is I think we are the only mobile home parks that doesn't have a pool! And you're not allowed to for a kiddie pool up or any pool of any sort in your yard on your porch nothing! So if you have kids and they want to get cooled off you'll have to take him to Hadley Beach down Hadley Road.
